2. Deposits

Project deposits are typically non-refundable. Deposits secure project scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.

3. Milestone Payments

Refunds for milestone payments may be considered only if work for that milestone has not yet commenced.

Once work has begun or deliverables have been provided, payments are generally non-refundable.

4. Completed Work

Due to the nature of digital services, completed design, development, strategy, or consulting work is non-refundable once delivered.

5. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, payment will be required for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside of these terms may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
